DRYCHECK

Drycheck is a new technology to improve the drying process of sausages. It helps the producers to guarantee a high quality product by measuring the quantity of moisture in real time while maintaining traditional flavours and texture.

Drycheck is based on:

  • Advanced technology that can be integrated in today’s drying chambers to provide information on the evolution and distribution of the relative water content in sausages in real time and non-invasively.
  • Precise control of humidity and temperature of the drying chamber according to the information from the multi-sensor system for a correct drying process.
